In normal circumstances, you should be able to activate your ESET product. If not, that means your computer has a network/DNS/Internet issue or third-party security software leftovers in your computer block attempts to perform the activation. If you are still unable to resolve your issue, email ESET Technical Support.
On the website you will be asked to enter your Owner Password. If you have forgotten/lost your password, you can reset it by going to your Maker Account > User area > Settings page and click on “Forgot password” button. A link to reset your Master Password will be sent to your email address. Enter your newly set password and click “Reset Master Password”. This will link you back to your Maker Account > Settings page and the password will be reset to your selected one.
If you need to identify a Security Alert but cannot locate the trigger on your computer, you can use the Security Alert identification feature. On the Settings page, click the ID tab. On the sequence tab, enter the sequence of the event. d2c66b5586
